Low 85/15 split with an annual commission cap of $4800
No additional commission splits, or franchise fees.
Co-Op model, with profits being returned to the agents based on sales volume.
Preferred lenders and closing attorneys are onsite and part of the team.
Coaching, CE classes, and mastermind groups are available for all agents.
